This SD90-C5 ripper lift hydraulic cylinder is fully produced in our national specialized & sophisticated factory with complete industrial chain from casting, heat treatment to precision CNC machining. The cylinder tube is made of seamless 42CrMo alloy steel after quenching & tempering treatment to strengthen pressure resistance against harsh mining working conditions. The piston rod adopts medium-frequency quenching + hard chrome plating with thickness 0.12mm, effectively improving wear-proof and anti-corrosion performance under long-time heavy-load operation.
We equip imported high-pressure oil sealing kits, which can bear max 32Mpa working pressure and avoid oil leakage in dusty mining environment. Every finished cylinder goes through strict hydraulic pressure leakage test before delivery to ensure stable lifting performance for SD90 bulldozer’s ripper device.
