- Usage Behavior Information: Including your device model, operating system version, IP address, login time, browsed page content, click records, type and quantity of published information when logging in to the Platform, which is used to optimize service experience and ensure Platform security.
- Transaction-Related Information: If you reach a cooperation through the Platform, we may collect information such as transaction parties' information, transaction products, and transaction amount to assist in handling transaction inquiries and disputes.
1.3 Information Provided by Third Parties
If you log in to the Platform through a third-party account (such as WeChat, QQ, etc., if available), we will obtain your public information such as nickname and avatar from the third party, and this collection will comply with the privacy policy of the third-party platform. If you authorize third-party service providers (such as logistics and payment institutions) to provide information to us, we will obtain and use the information in accordance with relevant authorizations.
1.4 Information Collectible Without Consent
We may collect non-personal information or anonymized and de-identified information that does not require your consent, such as Platform visit volume and user behavior statistics, which cannot identify your personal identity.
The personal information we collect will only be used for the following purposes. If it is necessary to use it for other purposes, we will obtain your explicit consent separately:
- Providing Basic Services: Used in core service scenarios such as account registration and management, identity verification, supply and demand information matching, inquiry sending and receiving, and transaction assistance to ensure the normal operation of services.

- Sending Necessary Notifications: Send you necessary information such as account security reminders, inquiry reply notifications, service update announcements, and transaction-related prompts via SMS and email. You can adjust the receiving method of some non-core notifications through account settings.
- Handling Inquiries and Disputes: Used to respond to your inquiries and complaints, handle transaction disputes, and provide after-sales service support.
- Complying with Legal Provisions: Situations where your personal information needs to be used to comply with laws and regulations, administrative supervision requirements or judicial judgment documents.
3.1 Storage Method and Period
- Storage Method: Your personal information will be stored on our servers or servers of cooperating third-party cloud service providers. The storage location is within the territory of China (if you are an overseas user, the information may be transmitted across borders, see Article 5 of this Policy for details). - Legal Provisions: Situations where personal information needs to be provided to competent authorities or third parties to comply with laws and regulations, administrative supervision requirements, judicial judgments or arbitral awards, or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, us and third parties from infringement.
- Enterprise Merger/Acquisition: In the event of enterprise merger, acquisition, asset transfer and other transactions, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction assets. We will notify you before the transaction and require the transferee to continue to perform the information protection obligations agreed in this Policy.

- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to information collection and use by canceling your account or contacting customer service (email: globalmachex@gmail.com). After withdrawing consent, we will no longer collect or use your information, but this will not affect the validity of information processing behaviors completed based on your consent.
- Right to Information Replication: You can request us to provide your personal information in a portable format, or directly transmit it to other personal information processors designated by you (under the circumstances that meet the requirements of laws and regulations).
- Right to Complain and Report: If you believe that our information processing behavior violates laws, regulations or this Policy, you can complain and report through Platform customer service or by sending an email to globalmachex@gmail.com. We will reply to the processing progress within 1-3 working days after receipt.
Our Platform services are mainly for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must read this Policy accompanied by a legal guardian and obtain his/her explicit consent before registering and using the Platform services. If a legal guardian finds that a minor has used the Platform services and submitted personal information without consent, he/she can contact us through the customer service email, and we will immediately delete the relevant information and cancel the account.
We have the right to modify this Policy in accordance with the update of laws and regulations or business development needs. The modified Policy will be announced through the Platform homepage announcement, in-site message and other methods, and will take effect 7 days after the announcement expires. If you do not agree to the modified Policy, you should immediately stop using the Platform services; if you continue to use it, it will be deemed that you accept the modified Policy. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules). Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where Wangka Information Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
