The whole vehicle adopts classic bright red painting for cab and dump cargo box, which is eye-catching on construction sites and mining yards, easy to manage vehicle fleets. The TX family front face has thick anti-collision bumper, headlight protective mesh to prevent stone collision damage. Split wide-angle rearview mirrors eliminate blind spots for safe operation on narrow mountain roads. The cab frame is made of high-strength steel plate, with anti-slip integrated foot pedals for easy getting on and off. All exterior parts adopt simple mechanical structure, fewer electronic accessories to reduce failure rate in harsh overseas construction environments.
Power & Chassis Performance
Matched with mature Weichai industrial diesel engine, it outputs strong low-speed torque, stable power output under full-load heavy transport, and adapts to low-quality local fuel in African and Central Asian countries. The 10-speed manual gearbox has high torque bearing capacity, matched with reinforced heavy-duty tandem rear axle, showing excellent climbing and overload capacity. Thickened reinforced leaf spring suspension can cope with long-term driving on muddy, bumpy mining and mountain roads. Full air brake with ABS ensures stable braking performance under full load and steep slope conditions. Hydraulic Dump Cargo Box
The dump cargo box is made of thickened wear-resistant manganese steel plate, anti-wear and anti-deformation when transporting hard ore and sharp stones. Equipped with front top hydraulic lifting cylinder, the lifting speed is fast and unloading is thorough without residual materials. The size of cargo box can be customized according to customer’s transport demand, side plate and bottom plate thickness are optional. The red paint layer of cargo box adopts anti-rust coating process to extend service life in humid mining areas.
Cab Comfort & Practicality
TX flat single sleeper cab is compact and lightweight, reducing self-weight to improve effective loading capacity. Inside the cab, there is shock-absorbing driver seat, integrated central control, multi-functional steering wheel and large storage space, satisfying long-time construction driving rest needs. Sound insulation and heat insulation materials are filled inside the cab to isolate engine heat and reduce road noise. All control switches are mechanical type, easy to maintain and replace spare parts without complex electronic circuit faults.
