This internal ring gear is an indispensable core transmission part independently developed and fully manufactured by Shandong Hengji Group, perfectly matched for the wheel-side planetary reducer of our 1.5–5 ton electric and diesel forklifts. Different from most manufacturers purchasing gear parts externally, we own a complete closed-loop gear production workshop covering forging, CNC internal tooth precision processing, carburizing quenching heat treatment and finished product full inspection, with 25 proprietary gear manufacturing patents to guarantee stable, consistent product quality.
We select high-strength alloy steel as raw material for this ring gear. After standardized carburizing heat treatment, the inner tooth surface reaches high hardness for anti-friction and wear resistance, while the gear ring body retains excellent toughness to resist heavy torque impact during long-time high-frequency loading and unloading. It effectively avoids tooth surface pitting, tooth cracking and ring deformation under heavy load working conditions. Compared with ordinary aftermarket replacement ring gears, our service life is increased by 30%, greatly reducing customers’ frequent replacement costs and equipment downtime losses.
The product adopts high-precision involute internal tooth design, processed by multiple CNC fine machining procedures to control ultra-strict tooth profile tolerance.
