Shacman Delong X3000 6×4 dump truck is a classic heavy-duty engineering tipper specially developed for mining, infrastructure, coal, sand and stone transportation all over the world. This vehicle adopts a mature 6×4 three-axle driving layout with one steering front axle and two heavy-load drive rear axles, which brings outstanding load-bearing capacity and excellent cross-country passability on muddy, bumpy and mountainous roads. It is equipped with Weichai high-torque inline six-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engines, with optional horsepower from 380HP to 460HP, matching FAST 12-speed heavy-duty manual transmission with standard power take-off to support stable hydraulic lifting of the cargo box. The whole vehicle can be customized to meet Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 5 and Euro 6 emission standards, and both left-hand drive and right-hand drive versions are available to adapt to different national traffic rules. The chassis uses an 8+7-layer thickened high-strength I-beam frame and MAN technology heavy-duty axles with optional multiple rear axle speed ratios, plus standard inter-axle differential lock to prevent wheel slipping under heavy load. The braking system adopts dual-circuit air drum brakes with spring energy storage parking brake, and hydraulic retarder can be selected for long downhill safety. The cargo box is made of thick wear-resistant manganese steel with front-top hydraulic lifting structure, and multiple sizes and volumes can be selected according to transportation demands, effectively resisting impact and material abrasion. The X3000 medium flat-top cab has a wide internal space, equipped with airbag shock absorption driving seat, air conditioner, electric windows and other humanized configurations to relieve driver fatigue during long-hour operation.
