LY series automatic horizontal hydraulic baler is widely used for compressing various factory scraps such as cartons, film and woven bags, effectively reducing volume for easy storage and transportation, lowering labor and costs.
Adopting hydraulic transmission system, the workflow is as follows: motor drives the hydraulic pump to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy; high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the cylinder after being regulated by the control valve, pushing the piston to drive the trolley to apply pressure to the material; after the material is compressed, the control valve reverses and the trolley resets to complete the baling cycle. The whole process includes baling, return stroke, automatic threading, automatic twisting and automatic cutting, realizing fully automatic operation.
Models range from 80T to 160T with motor power 22-45kW, cylinder sizes 230-351, various chamber sizes, square steel or all-steel construction, lift door opening, and machine weight 5.2T to 16T, suitable for different materials and capacities.
