Low-bed semi-trailer is a special model for engineering equipment transportation. The axle configuration is flexible, including 2-axle, 3-axle, three-line six-axle and other specifications, corresponding to different load requirements: 2-axle load is about 20–30 tons, 3-axle (three-bridge) load is 30–40 tons (most commonly used), and three-line six-axle load is 60–100 tons (for heavy-duty scenarios).
