1. Basic Product Information
This is a high-sided enclosed electric hydraulic dump tricycle purpose-built by Xinhaoyang for sanitation waste collection, earthwork transport, and bulk material handling, an electric upgrade to traditional diesel sanitation vehicles. With overall dimensions of approximately 4800×1750×2200mm, the cargo box is made of reinforced manganese steel with standard dimensions of 3200×1600×1200mm. The high-sided rail design offers a maximum volume of 8-12 cubic meters, far exceeding the capacity of ordinary tricycles. Custom high/long/covered cargo boxes are available to meet enclosed transport needs in different scenarios.
2. Powertrain & Performance
The power system features a 6000-10000W 6-phase controlled permanent magnet synchronous heavy-duty motor with high torque and strong climbing performance, while being 30% more energy-efficient than ordinary motors for longer range and lower operating costs. The battery uses a 72V/120V 150-240Ah lead-acid battery (optional lithium), providing a range of 100-200km to meet a full day of collection operations. The dual-cylinder hydraulic lift system operates synchronously for even force distribution and anti-tip stability, completing unloading in just 15 seconds with a lifting angle of ≥60° for residue-free discharge, greatly improving collection efficiency.
3. Chassis & Safety Features
The frame is made of reinforced square tube with integrated stamping, offering excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance, with no sag under heavy loads for stable operation in harsh environments such as construction sites, farms, and sanitation routes. Front dual hydraulic spring shock absorbers and rear multi-leaf spring suspension provide excellent cushioning for smooth rides. The tires use front 4.50-12 and rear 7.00-16 heavy-duty dual tires for stronger load capacity and puncture/wear resistance. The brake system includes front and rear drum brakes + power-assisted brakes for shorter stopping distances under heavy loads, enhancing safety and reducing transportation risks.

Pure electric drive results in electricity costs of only $0.03-$0.05 per kilometer, offering no exhaust emissions and low noise compared to diesel sanitation vehicles, making it environmentally compliant and suitable for urban, rural, and construction site use.
