The HECA 2026 high-capacity 2V single-cell lead-acid battery is a newly upgraded domestic traction power product. Modular assembly enables customized complete battery packs of 24V/36V/48V/51.2V/80V specifications, specially configured for power supporting of electric forklifts and pallet trucks in warehousing scenarios. Adopting tubular positive plates and lead-calcium alloy grid technologies alongside optimized electrolyte formulation, these high-capacity single cells cover mainstream capacities ranging from 200Ah to 800Ah with outstanding deep-discharge stability. Their cycle life exceeds 1,300 times at 80% depth of discharge, well suited for all-day frequent start-stop operations and continuous heavy-load working conditions inside warehouses.
Multiple voltage variants precisely match diverse vehicle models: the 24V version fits 1-2 ton stand-on pallet trucks and compact stackers; 36V is primarily applied to reach trucks; 48V and 51.2V types serve 3-5 ton counterbalance forklifts; the 80V variant is exclusively designed for heavy-duty forklifts converted from internal combustion engines above 5 tons and large warehouse tractors. The battery housing is manufactured from flame-retardant PP raw material featuring excellent sealing performance that drastically cuts electrolyte leakage risks, delivering stable power output across a wide working temperature range of -20℃ to 55℃ for reliable use in low-temperature warehouses and open-air factory yards.
Compared with conventional legacy batteries, this updated product limits monthly self-discharge below 0.7% and improves charging efficiency. Intermittent supplementary charging over multiple shifts causes no damage to cell cores, balancing favorable procurement cost performance and low operational expenditure. Compliant with IEC standards for traction lead-acid batteries and relevant national specifications, it serves as the mainstream power source for equipment replacement and original factory matching of warehousing machinery worldwide.
