Power System: Standard high‑power permanent magnet synchronous motor (commonly 3000W‑5000W, brands such as Datai/Jinyuxing), matched with a high‑power controller, equipped with high/low speed and anti‑rollback functions, suitable for heavy‑load starting and climbing requirements.
Battery System: Mostly 72V large‑capacity lead‑acid/water batteries (commonly 100Ah‑280Ah); some can be upgraded to lithium batteries, with a driving range of 50‑100km depending on configurations.
Chassis and Frame: One‑piece through‑type frame made of No.10 I‑steel, heavy‑load full‑floating rear axle (with differential), leaf spring suspension, dual‑wheel rear design (double‑row wheels), featuring strong load‑bearing capacity.
Hydraulic Self‑unloading System: Double‑top hydraulic lifting cylinders with stable lifting performance, enabling automatic tipping and discharging of the carriage, suitable for transporting bulk materials such as garbage, sand and gravel, and agricultural products.
