This series includes Model 1400 & 1700 single-cylinder concrete pulverizer and Model 2660 rotary double-cylinder pulverizer shear, compatible with all 20~35 ton excavators. Lightweight single-cylinder design of 1400/1700 features large jaw opening and strong crushing force, specially for concrete breaking and rebar separation in house demolition. Heavy-duty 360° rotary double-cylinder 2660 equipped with extended wear-resistant blades, realizes dual functions of concrete breaking and thick rebar/scrap steel cutting. The whole machine adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel plate and imported hydraulic oil seals. Custom connecting brackets fit Sany, XCMG, Caterpillar, Komatsu and all other excavator brands, widely exported to demolition & construction waste recycling projects in Central Asia and Africa.

Model 1400/1700 is equipped with single large-bore hydraulic cylinder under standard 320kg/cm² working pressure, delivering sufficient crushing force to break concrete blocks and strip embedded rebars rapidly, matching 20-24t / 20-30t conventional excavators. Model 2660 adopts two synchronous high-thrust hydraulic cylinders with wide pressure range of 300-320kg/cm² and peak cutting force up to 2550kN, matched with Φ752mm large diameter slewing bearing for stable rotation without jamming during heavy-load breaking and cutting, compatible with 20-35 ton heavy-duty excavators. Overload buffer valve is built into hydraulic circuit of all models to release pressure automatically when breaking & cutting force exceeds limit, protecting excavator main pump and hydraulic cylinder to extend service life of whole machine and host equipment.

Body of 1400/1700 is integrally cast steel with few welding seams and strong impact resistance, large jaw opening clamps massive construction waste without tooth collapse. Model 2660 whole body is welded with imported HARDOX wear-resistant steel plate, thickened tooth seat and cutting teeth, 260mm extended blades can be polished and repaired repeatedly with service life 3 times longer than ordinary pulverizers. Clamping teeth of all machines are forged from special wear-resistant alloy steel, resistant to abrasion and crack when breaking concrete and biting rebars. Explosion-proof high-pressure hoses are standard for pipelines, not easy to damage by gravel impact at mine and demolition yards.
