The platform launched an intelligent product traceability system, generating a unique blockchain traceability code. It integrates data throughout production, transportation and use, supports code scanning to view immutable data, warns of abnormalities, and is expected to reduce quality disputes by 65% and enhance buyer trust.
To address the industry pain points of difficult product traceability and cumbersome quality tracking in cross-border construction machinery transactions, "Zhilian Global · Construction Machinery Cloud Trade" officially launched the Intelligent Product Traceability System on October 22, 2025. By combining Internet of Things technology and blockchain evidence storage, it builds a traceability system covering the entire process of production, transportation and use.
The system generates a unique blockchain traceability code for each construction machine settled on the platform. Manufacturers can upload data such as parts procurement records, quality inspection reports, and assembly process videos during the production stage; during the transportation stage, it can link with logistics nodes to update location and status information in real time; after delivery, buyers can also upload equipment use and maintenance records. All data is immutable once uploaded, and both supply and demand parties can view the full life cycle information at any time by scanning the code. The system also supports abnormal data early warning, such as automatically prompting when key parts information is inconsistent with the record.
After the system is launched, it effectively solves the trust pain points between supply and demand parties in cross-border transactions. The product quality dispute rate is expected to decrease by 65%, and buyers' recognition of product quality has significantly improved, providing strong trust support for high-value construction machinery transactions.
